LOETZ Schaum Vase
This is a clear glass Loetz Vase with inclusions of iridescent white and plumb in a veining pattern. The veins appear silvery and sparkle. The body has a bulb shape that tapers at the waist before rising to a flared lip. The piece appears to be in good condition and without any chips, nicks, or repairs. The vase would benefit from a clean internally
Loetz is most notable for their favrile-style and somewhat for their cameo pieces, but Schaum designs of this type were predominantly made in and around 1935. Many were not even signed.
